Women entrepreneur helps community women

Majority of the women in Pakistan were being deprive of their basic rights, specially women living in the rural area. Sindh province particularly, women in this place are hardworking, they brings earnings to the family, sometimes woman earns more than the male member of the family. Wife in some cases, even support the schools stipend of their husband and earned and supported the living expenses of the entire family through self initiatives in entrepreneur. Woman started from the bottom line in doing business, I mean for those who has no capital they just work as a worker then, study and observe the running of the business.

Like for instance the making raly ( a hand sewed blanket or cloth) the moment they got the idea of designing and sewing and be able to established contacts, they take a risk to barrow capital from the local micro finance. Micro finance as well assist the hard working and potential entrepreneur to grow, though some of the micro finance here in Sindh are charging high interest and needs collateral before they will give the money, but, if you can access to the micro finance which is really helping the poor I mean they are just charging interest in a reasonable rate then they will also assist you in your business then definitely the business will runs smoothly. Woman usually runs the business carefully as they are aware of the hardship they've been through in establishing everything.

As I had read in the news and from the case studies conducted by some NGO's and research group here in Sindh provinces about the women hardship, I could really say introducing and developing Women Entrepreneurs in Sindh Province would definitely ease the heavily burdened community women. Sindh women needs only proper guidance, trainings, motivation and assistance to come up with a sustainable entrepreneur output, because they have the wills and skills with in them self that lack only guidance and systems.
