Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) means a participation's and contribution's of services or sharing some company profits for the betterment of the people and community where a certain companies are operating. The company community participation defines in various sectors it can be in Education, Health, Community Physical Infrastructure, Child Protection, Campaigns on Awareness of Climate Change, Awareness of Human Rights, Awareness on Gender Sensitization, and so on. This are only among the few activities that Companies can be rendered to the community. Companies can also choose an NGO to work with if they are not familiar with issues and for the minimizing the research study. If we talk about the CSR in Pakistan, there are only few companies that are actively working in CSR either be partnered with NGO and other Organizations or implementing CSR directly to the recipients. As we had watched the natural calamities (earth quake) that shaken almost the entire country and had brought agony to people of Haiti , how the people of this country suffered a lot I think God had a message to everyone. I just recently move here to Pakistan particularly Hyderabad city. After my 2 months stay in Pakistan I had a chance to work in a non government organization(NGO) SAFWCO . I was delighted when my senior colleague invited me to join them in livelihood program site visitation in one of the community here together with the community ladies. It was my first experienced here to mingle with the community ladies. I observed everyone ladies who are with us I was so touch when I saw one Lady hand is hard and rough and she hardly move it . I asked this lady why she said, " it is because of daily cotton picking work that make her hand look like this". I also saw ladies wearing a unique white bangles, I was curious to know why they are wearing this bangles. They said, " it was given to them by their in-laws when they got married, they must wear it for a life time otherwise the in-laws will be upset if they remove it with out valid reason.
